About The Position

Role Details
Role: Epic Beacon Analyst
Duration: 6 months (likely to extend)
Location: 100% Remote (any time zone but need to be available for EST meetings)
🔑 Top Skills / Requirements
5+ years Epic Beacon build experience / Beacon certified (required) – post‑go‑live support & optimization
Ambulatory Build/ certified would be a slam dunk
Strong oncology workflows (infusion, antibodies, biosimilars, CRS, reactions)
Experience supporting OPAs and complex Beacon initiatives
Comfortable with system cleanup, stabilization, and optimization work
Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally (Oncology Ops, Ambulatory, Providers)
Able to work independently in a mature Epic environment
Key Initiatives
Oncology Product Authorizations (OPAs)
Antibody and CRS management
Infusion reaction notifications
Biosimilar / product-based ordering
Epic Roundtable & protocol development (they would like to start working on this soon)
Recent end‑user buy‑in completed, now moving into execution

Requirements

• 5+ years Epic Beacon build experience
• Beacon certified
