This is a full-time, remote position for an Epic Applications Analyst Associate within the Enterprise Corporate - Revenue Cycle Applications department. The role involves working with users and leadership to modify procedures related to Epic clinical and business applications, explaining application functionality, and assisting users. The analyst will prepare input for requirements definition, assist in testing, and manage user requests. Responsibilities include documenting workflows, specifications, and user manuals, participating in training, and tracking projects. The role also involves monitoring post-implementation issues, maintaining product documentation, communicating project status and upgrades, and understanding clinical/business operations supported by Epic applications. Additionally, the analyst will participate in application maintenance, enhancement, and interface management, troubleshooting and resolving user problems.
