As a Staff Epic Application Analyst, you’ll independently support, configure, and optimize Epic applications clinicians rely on to safely deliver patient care. You’ll translate business and clinical needs into effective system solutions, resolve complex issues, and collaborate closely with clinical and operational stakeholders. This role includes supporting integrations, owning applications across their lifecycle, leading small to mid-sized initiatives, adhering to change management standards, and maintaining required Epic certifications to improve workflows and patient outcomes. This position performs essential functions independently under minimal supervision. The caregiver is expected to carry out standard duties with limited direction while exercising sound judgment and initiative. The Staff Application Analyst is responsible for providing technical support, configuration, and ongoing maintenance for assigned healthcare applications and related technologies throughout their full lifecycle. This includes application selection, implementation, optimization, support, archival, and decommissioning. The role may also manage small to mid-sized projects related to these applications and technologies. As required, the analyst maintains applicable certifications (e.g., Epic).
