Reporting to the Inpatient Clinical or Ambulatory Manager, this individual will demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of computer systems and applications. They will be proficient in all skills required to facilitate complex application and system enhancements or replacements. Excellent customer service, highly effective written/verbal communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. An advanced understanding of JHM, along with advanced proficiency in creating detailed documentation (system design, procedures, processes, data flow) is imperative. The ability to support multiple concurrent projects and/or application modules is necessary. Responsibilities include analysis, design, application configuration, development, testing, and implementation. The Applications Analyst II works independently, relying on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish tasks. Days and hours worked may be variable.
