About The Position

As the EPG Sales Representative, you will be responsible for outside sales for the Electric Power Generation division. Primary Responsibilities: Responsible for helping develop and execute Electric Power sales growth targets and orders operating plan, via penetration of existing key accounts and new project key opportunities. Development of growth strategies, including sales initiatives, and customer mapping/penetration Drive aggressive growth targets: volume, mix, penetration, and timing Participate in cross-functional business activities Additional Responsibilities: Participate in required safety program, and work in a safe manner. Additional duties as assigned by manager.

Requirements

  • Prior sales or EPG experience.
  • Knowledge of tools applicable to the position.
  • Desire to learn.
  • Driven to succeed, competitive.
  • Ability to close incremental sales and develop business with new customers.
  • Strong sense of urgency and desire to provide superior customer service.
  • Ability to take direction and work in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • 3 – 5 years industry experience.

  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Excel and Word.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to change.
  • Employee may be required to submit to customer security requirements including but not limited to additional background checks, drug tests, and provide additional identification.
  • Must use personal cellphone for business (eligible for cell phone allowance).

  • Four year college degree from an accredited institution or equivalent preferred.
