Oversee daily operations of Stowers Machinery’s EPG field service team, ensuring timely, highâquality service for customers across East Tennessee Support technicians with troubleshooting, diagnostics, repair planning, and Caterpillarâspecific procedures Coordinate field assignments, manage workloads, and ensure efficient routing and scheduling across multiple Stowers branches Review and approve service documentation, repair recommendations, and work orders to maintain accuracy and consistency Maintain strong customer relationships by providing clear communication, professional support, and timely service updates Ensure compliance with Stowers Machinery safety policies, Caterpillar standards, and industry regulations Monitor performance metrics, service quality, and productivity to support operational goals Collaborate with parts, sales, and service departments to ensure customer needs are met and equipment downtime is minimized Provide coaching, mentorship, and technical guidance to EPG field service technicians Promote consistent service standards and best practices across all Stowers Machinery locations Lead by example in safety, professionalism, and customer service Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new technicians within the EPG division Drive continuous improvement in service processes, documentation, and team performance
