Job requires travel (50%), possibly on short notice. Must be able to attain results by working independently and leading the efforts of other employees JOB SUMMARY: Overall management, direction, coordination, and evaluation of the field service technicians. Responsibilities include safety, interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; intellectual capital reviews; rewarding and disciplining employees; and addressing complaints and resolving problems. Interface with Global Business Line Managers, Applications Specialists, Field Sales, sales channels, and customers to determine technical needs to meet market requirements. Product validation, documentation, and successful execution. Manage raw material inventory and tooling for installations.
