About The Position

Act as the owner's advocate in all project phases, from planning and design to construction and closeout. Responsible for technical and engineering support for area specific assignments. The role will include coordination of cross-organizational and cross-discipline inputs and outputs for the design, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, and turnover of installed systems, structures, and components for the deployment of an enrichment plant in Piketon, Ohio. Responsible for coordinating with the EPC and other contractors and vendors and provide oversight and guidance. People in this position will become SMEs in specific systems, facilities, and technologies. You’ll dive into engineering projects that give you a taste of everything — from running experiments and crunching data to creating drawings, bills of material, and cost estimates. You’ll help design, test, and refine systems while applying engineering principles to solve real problems. Along the way, you’ll prepare reports, present your findings, and collaborate with seasoned engineers who will guide your development. Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited school (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • 1+ years of engineering experience
  • A basic understanding of engineering principles, theory, and concepts
  • Familiarity with MS Office or similar tools for producing reports, drawings, and documentation
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and a proactive, positive attitude when working with teams and customers
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a “Q” clearance
