Monmouth University is seeking applications for a Counselor for the Educational Opportunity Fund (EOF) program. This is a grant-funded position through the State of New Jersey; continued employment is contingent upon the availability of external funding. The candidate would be expected to: support the mission of Monmouth University and the Educational Opportunity Fund program through comprehensive support services for educationally under-prepared and economically-disadvantaged scholars; meet scholars individually and in groups to discuss areas of personal, academic and career counseling; assist in implementing the 5 week summer academy; social engagement and workshop development; work with scholars from application through graduation and beyond. This is an in-person on-campus, non-remote position.
