Clear Resolution Consulting (CRC) is seeking an Expert EO Imagery Scientist to join our team in Springfield, VA. Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with the willingness to take a CI polygraph exam.
  • 12 years of relevant experience and a Master's Degree OR a Bachelor's in a STEM field and 17 years of experience OR 21 years of relevant experience.
  • Able to work on client site in Springfield, Virginia.
  • 40 hours a week (no telework).
  • Proficient with Python.
  • Experience as an EO expert with understanding of collection, phenomenology, image formation process, and exploitation products.
  • Experience exploiting EO to determine the occurrence and location of an OOI.
  • Experience developing, testing, and evaluating new algorithms, processes, methodologies, and products using EO imagery.
  • Experience utilizing advanced processing tools (e.g., Python, MATLAB, Google Earth Engine, etc.) to automate scientific processes of EO imagery data to aid analysis.
  • Experience communicating with technical and non-technical audiences on availability and capabilities of EO.
  • Deep understanding of the principles of remote sensing and imagery processing and advanced exploitation methods.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience applying CV and ML techniques to EO imagery and data.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an EO expert with a deep understanding of collection, phenomenology, image formation process, and exploitation products.
  • Exploit EO imagery to determine the occurrence and location of an Object of Interest (OOI).
  • Develop, test, and evaluate new algorithms, processes, methodologies, and products using EO imagery.
  • Utilize advanced processing tools (e.g., Python, MATLAB, Google Earth Engine) to automate scientific processes of EO imagery data to aid analysis.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences regarding the availability and capabilities of EO.
  • Apply principles of remote sensing, imagery processing, and advanced exploitation methods.
