About The Position

CRC is seeking an experienced EO Imagery Scientist at the Expert level to support customers across the Intelligence Community and DoD. This role involves working on challenging assignments with a direct impact on National Security. The position is based in Springfield, VA, at the NGA site, requiring the candidate to work on-site 40 hours a week with no telework. Requirements

Active TS/SCI clearance with the willingness to take a CI polygraph exam.
12 years of relevant experience and a Master's Degree OR a Bachelors in a STEM field and 17 years experience OR 21 years of relevant experience.
Able to work on client site in Springfield, Virginia.
40 hours a week (no telework).
Proficient with Python.
6+ years of experience as an EO expert with understanding of collection, phenomenology, image formation process, and exploitation products.
Experience exploiting EO to determine the occurrence and location of an OOI.
Experience developing, testing, and evaluating new algorithms, processes, methodologies, and products using EO imagery with tools like Python, MATLAB, Google Earth Engine.
Experience communicating with technical and non-technical audiences about the availability and capabilities of EO.
Deep understanding of the principles of remote sensing and imagery processing and advanced exploitation methods.

Experience applying CV and machine learning to EO imagery.

Responsibilities

Exploit EO imagery to determine the occurrence and location of an Object of Interest (OOI).
Develop, test, and evaluate new algorithms, processes, methodologies, and products using EO imagery.
Communicate with technical and non-technical audiences about the availability and capabilities of EO.
Apply principles of remote sensing and imagery processing and advanced exploitation methods.
