This opportunity is ideal for a litigation associate interested in handling complex matters at the intersection of environmental law, toxic tort, product liability, and complex litigation. The firm offers a sophisticated environmental and tort litigation practice with exposure to complex, high-stakes matters. Requirements
- 3+ years of litigation experience
- Experience with environmental litigation, toxic tort, product liability, or other complex litigation matters
- Experience handling matters in state and federal courts
- Experience drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other litigation documents
- Experience managing discovery, depositions, expert witnesses, and case strategy
- Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple sophisticated matters
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
- Texas bar admission required or ability to become admitted
