About The Position

Miller Homes is seeking an Environmental Sustainability Analyst to support the development and delivery of its Environmental Sustainability Strategy, focusing on Climate Change, Resource Management and Biodiversity. The preferred location is the East Midlands region, with candidates based at any regional office also considered. The role reports to the Associate Director Environmental Sustainability.

Requirements

Degree or equivalent in a relevant subject, such as Environmental Management, Sustainability or Environmental Science.
Strong understanding of a broad range of environmental issues, including those relevant to the sector.
Confident communicator with excellent data skills and a passion for driving positive change.
Ability to maintain and analyse datasets using Excel, Co-Pilot and other software systems.

Responsibilities

Monitor and communicate the business’s progress, providing investor-grade datasets and reports to recognised standards.
Help develop the sustainability data strategy and improve data processes.
Carry out site audits and support project development and implementation.
Engage with technical, commercial, production and other teams across the business.
Help develop sustainability awareness and action across the business.
