About The Position

In this role, you will make an impact by applying developing business process and project management skills within an area of business or technical specialty. You will manage small positions of well-defined projects and provide administrative and logistics support for a project team and project manager. You will serve as a resource on projects and work assignments, employing basic knowledge of effective project management and general business understanding. You will identify, track, and work with others to resolve project issues, monitor and communicate project status to the project team, and assist with budget planning and tracking, research, and analytical support. You will also provide input into the design and development of project plans and timelines, assist with managing project risk by using quality tools to identify areas of risk, and document and share team learnings with other teams, drawing on other experiences to enhance the success of the project. Finally, you will maintain project notes, databases, and other records, and monitor measures and communicate with the Project Manager on the status of specific projects and assignments.

Requirements

  • Must be a full-time enrolled student pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree at an accredited U.S. college/university
  • Minimum 2.5 or above GPA preferred
  • Must be able to complete a minimum of 4-months to 6-months or a maximum of a 12-months commitment
  • Must be able to complete 40 hours per week
  • Willingness to learn from others on the job
  • Must be currently residing within the continental U.S.
  • Students must be enrolled full-time at an accredited U.S. college or university, actively pursuing a degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD, MBA, or JD), with a minimum GPA of 2.5.
  • Candidates must currently reside within the continental United States.
  • Students are expected to work 40 hours per week for a minimum of 10 weeks and a maximum of 12 weeks.
  • F-1 visa students must have approved Curricular Practical Training (CPT) or Occupational Practical Training (OPT) before their Early Career assignment begin.
  • CPT/OPT must relate to their degree and be authorized by their university.
  • Students are responsible for securing this approval through their school’s international office.
  • Students must be able to manage their academic responsibilities without compromising their job performance.
