This is a responsible environmental health position that conducts activities for programs in the Environmental Public Health (EPH) department based on state and local codes. This position is primarily responsible for activities related to the On-site Sewage Tank Disposal System (OSTDS) program, the Mobile Home and Recreational Vehicle Parks Program, and Performance Based Treatment Systems, Community Operating Treatment Systems and Service-Related Systems. This role involves conducting site evaluations, inspections, plan reviews, issuing permits, investigating complaints, completing documentation, initiating enforcement actions, and performing data entry and record maintenance. Travel is required for these duties.
