About The Position

The Environmental Solutions Account Executive II (Containerized Waste) is responsible for managing and growing customer accounts within the containerized waste sector. This role involves understanding customer needs, providing comprehensive environmental solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction while contributing to the company's growth and sustainability goals.

Requirements

• Experience in sales or account management, preferably in the environmental services or waste management industry.
• Understanding of recycling, waste management, special waste, and hazardous waste services.
• Ability to manage and grow customer accounts.
• Knowledge of environmental solutions and sustainability innovation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with North American environmental regulations and practices.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for sales and account management.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with containerized waste management.
• Knowledge of PFAS remediation.
• Experience with renewable natural gas (RNG) projects.
• Understanding of circularity and decarbonization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow customer accounts in the containerized waste sector.
• Provide customers with the most complete set of products and services, including recycling, waste, special waste, hazardous waste, and field services.
• Partner with customers to create a more sustainable world.
• Safely and sustainably manage customers' multiple waste streams.
• Expand environmental solutions capabilities and geographic footprint.
• Cross-sell new products and services to meet specific customer needs.
• Leverage landfill gas to convert to energy.
• Support the company's strategy to generate profitable growth through acquisitions and industry advancements.
• Focus on growth in recycling and waste, environmental solutions, and sustainability innovation.
