Environmental Services Technician - CMC (Full Time) 3rd Shift
About The Position
Performs routine tasks in assigned areas, including a 7-Step cleaning process and remaking beds after disinfecting during discharge cleaning. Also responsible for maintenance schedules for floors and carpets, cleaning fixtures, furnishings, walls, woodwork, floors, stairwells, interior windows, elevators/tracks, and exteriors of equipment. Empties trash, relines containers, and operates compactors if necessary. Replenishes disposable items and resets furnishings. Performs all methods of floor care, including dust mopping, wet mopping, stripping, refinishing, spot cleaning, burnishing, and extraction using specified equipment.
Requirements
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions and complete written forms required.
- Related experience preferred.
- Must be able to work every other weekend.

- Replenishes all disposable items such as soap, toilet paper, paper towels.
- Moves and resets furnishings to original locations following completion of job.
- Performs all methods of floor care in duties, including dust mopping, wet mopping, stripping, refinishing, spot cleaning, burnishing and extraction, using specified equipment.
