About The Position

Responsible for providing cleaning services in assigned casino areas. This role involves continuous cleaning of public casino areas, restrooms, and offices throughout the resort complex, ensuring all cleaning materials and equipment are used according to manufacturer instructions. The position requires maintaining a safe work environment, reporting hazardous conditions, and complying with safety precautions. Additionally, the role demands adherence to gaming laws, company policies, and providing outstanding guest service.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills, polite, and present a neat appearance at all times.
Ability to work with others as a team in an efficient manner.
Ability to apply common sense reasoning to a variety of situations.
Proven experience providing high-level guest service.
Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide.
Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English.
Availability to work all shifts.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stressful situations.
Must be at least 18 years old to work on the gaming floor inside the casino.
Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company.
Ability to verify the right to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
A minimum of three to six months of housekeeping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Clean all assigned public casino areas, restrooms, and offices throughout the entire resort complex on a continual basis.
Ensure that all cleaning materials, chemicals, and equipment are used per the manufacturer’s instructions.
Maintain all work areas and ensures environmental services equipment is free of safety violations.
Report any hazardous conditions or broken equipment immediately to management.
Comply with established safety precautions when using equipment and supplies.
Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, as they apply to the position.
Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards.
All other duties as assigned.
