About The Position
The Environmental Services Technician Lead - CMC (Full Time) OR/SPD position is a full-time role within the Environmental Services Department at Carolinas Medical Center. This role is responsible for overseeing daily staff duties and assignments, ensuring completion that meets set standards, and evaluating conditions and cleanliness through inspection and quality control measures. The lead will also coordinate staff training on the proper use of chemicals, equipment, processes, and safety issues. Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a housekeeper aide or similar job.
- Capable of working independently.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions and complete written forms.
- Must undergo a physical ability test as a condition of employment.
