About The Position

Create Exceptional Mountain Experiences as Our EVS Technician! Step into an essential Environmental Services Technician role where you'll be the guardian of guest comfort, maintaining pristine environments across all plazas, lodges, bathrooms, and grounds areas within your base area. As our hospitality environment specialist, you'll ensure every space reflects our commitment to exceptional mountain experiences through meticulous cleanliness and proactive facility care.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 and older.
  • Master clear communication excellence in English, both verbal and written, creating professional interactions with all levels of employees and guests through attentive, friendly, and hospitality-oriented service.
  • Demonstrate exceptional listening abilities and problem-solving skills to understand, clarify, and address concerns raised by employees and guests effectively.
  • Embody professional team collaboration excellence that contributes to collective success and positive workplace culture focused on operational excellence.
  • Excel in multitasking and prioritization, managing diverse facility care functions efficiently while meeting critical deadlines and service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Execute comprehensive cleaning operations including vacuuming, dusting, and carpet care that maintains pristine environments throughout your base area facilities.
  • Ensure operational readiness by maintaining supply inventory and restocking stations to support seamless guest experiences and operational efficiency.
  • Champion waste management excellence by implementing proper waste sorting and removal procedures that support environmental sustainability and facility cleanliness.
  • Maintain comprehensive facility care including restrooms, loading bays, storage closets, and specialized areas to the highest cleanliness and sanitation standards.
  • Support cross-departmental excellence by providing assistance to other teams as needed during peak operations and special circumstances.
  • Must be able to safely and legally operate a company vehicle.
  • Load and transport compost, recyclables, and trash, disposing of each at the appropriate onsite location.
