Schedule Details: 6:30pm-3:00am - Every other weekend + Holiday rotation, 3 holidays a year Must have experience operating commercial cleaning equipment, including auto scrubbers, carpet extractors, floor buffers/burnishes, and floor waxing/stripping machines. Environmental Services is a large department consisting of staff across all campuses which includes Waukesha, Oconomowoc, Mukwonago, Pewaukee and Angels Grace, our Hospice. We play a very important part of patient throughput and creating a clean and safe environment. Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience operating commercial cleaning equipment, including auto scrubbers, carpet extractors, floor buffers/burnishes, and floor waxing/stripping machines.

Responsibilities

Perform daily and scheduled project cleaning in patient, public, clinical, and administrative areas.
Strip and wax floors, carpet, and furniture cleaning.
Scrub, clean, and polish hard floor surfaces.
Maintain cleaning equipment such as changing brushes and squeegees, battery maintenance and other preventative maintenance duties.
Perform a variety of general cleaning tasks to maintain patient areas including patient care areas, public/private restrooms, conference rooms, lobbies, offices, elevators, and stairwells.
Perform scheduled terminal/project cleaning in surgical areas and construction cleans as required.
Safely handle and package all waste streams.
All work is to be performed according to infection control and safety standards, and in a manner that supports the organization's focus on customer service.
