About The Position

The Environmental Services System Educator develops, implements, and maintains training programs for all Henry Ford Health Environmental Services team members. The role monitors and manages overall EVS department customer satisfaction and works with EVS and hospital leaders to determine training timeframes, positions, and methods. The educator also helps build bench strength for internal promotions and service improvements, supporting a skilled and engaged workforce that contributes to a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Three to five years of healthcare housekeeping experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
