About The Position

Shape the future of Endoscopy care through education, mentorship, and clinical excellence. We are seeking an experienced Clinical Educator - Endoscopy, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked as an Endoscopy Technician. In this role, you will provide hands-on education, competency validation, and professional development for Endoscopy staff, helping ensure exceptional patient care and clinical outcomes.

Requirements

Experience in an Endoscopy setting, preferably as an Endoscopy Technician.
Strong knowledge of endoscopic procedures, equipment, and scope reprocessing.
Passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing others.
Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
Bachelor’s degree + 2 years of additional relevant experience
Associates + 4 years of relevant experience
HS Diploma/GED + 6 years of relevant experience

Nice To Haves

Certification and prior educator, preceptor, or training experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead orientation, onboarding, and competency programs for Endoscopy staff.
Coach and mentor team members, preceptors, and new hires to support successful practice transitions.
Deliver engaging education on new procedures, equipment, policies, and evidence-based practices.
Support quality improvement initiatives and practice changes that enhance patient care.
Facilitate classroom, hands-on, and simulation-based learning opportunities.
Partners with leaders to implement clinical initiatives and maintain regulatory readiness.
Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for continuous learning and professional growth.
