Supervises daily staff activities for an assigned shift. Assesses quality of services delivered and facilitates staff development programs. Assists with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions. Determines, coordinates and supervises daily staffing assignments. Participates in interviewing and selection of new employees. Effectively manages department technology including bed management programs. Performs staff responsibilities as needed to fulfill required service levels. Leads the handling and resolution of complex issues and complaints.
