About The Position

Supervises the work activities of Environmental Services personnel to ensure clean, orderly and attractive conditions in the hospital. Provides coverage as needed. Coordinates some activities of the Environmental Services Department with those of other hospital departments. Prepares daily assignment schedules, maintains attendance records, conducts performance evaluations, recommends personnel actions and assists in maintaining statistical data for reporting purposes.

Requirements

• Supervisory experience in Environmental Services or a related field.
• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation standards.
• Ability to coordinate activities with other departments.
• Skills in preparing schedules and maintaining records.
• Experience in conducting performance evaluations and recommending personnel actions.
• Ability to maintain statistical data for reporting.
