About The Position

This role is responsible for cleaning and disinfecting various patient care and treatment rooms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cleaning procedures, infection control, and safety protocols. This position requires the ability to work independently, organize tasks efficiently, and maintain positive working relationships with other departments. Confidentiality of sensitive information is paramount.

Requirements

• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to organize cleaning duties and prioritize work to complete assignments in an efficient manner.
• Maintains collaborative working relationships with nursing and other departments.
• Actively guards the confidentiality of sensitive information including but not limited to the patients, staff and the health system.

Nice To Haves

• Prefer high school diploma or GED.
• Prefer 1 to 2 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates skill in cleaning/disinfecting a variety of rooms used for patient care and treatment.
• Is knowledgeable of procedures for cleaning, disinfecting, infection control, and safety.
