About The Position

Omnia360 Facility Solutions is a full-service provider of customized and cost-efficient integrated facility solutions for corporate office, multisite dispersed portfolios, education, healthcare and industrial-focused organizations. We are currently looking for an Environmental Services Manager to join our growing team of amazing individuals. This is a salaried position reporting directly to the Facility Site Manager overseeing laundry, housekeeping, and porter positions.

Requirements

  • Outstanding customer service skills and attitude.
  • Ability to develop, train, and lead a team of Environmental Service Technicians (Laundry, Housekeepers, and Porters).
  • Bachelor's degree in a business or related field of study or 5 or more years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience).
  • Excellent computer skills including working with CMMS work order software, Microsoft Office applications and Contact Management software.
  • Must be able to pass drug test and FBI/BCI background checks.
  • Must be able to pass sanctions checks for working in health care facilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a healthcare environment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Shared accountability for customer and employee satisfaction.
  • Manage personnel and subcontractors engaged in performing environmental service procedures.
  • Manage and approve procurement of tools, equipment, and materials for the Environmental Services budget.
  • Inspect work in progress to ensure conformity to contract specifications and quality.
  • Achieve acceptable KPI scores.
  • Ensure all operational and administrative work is compliant with client specifications and our processes.
  • Team development, discipline, and career planning for the workgroup.
  • Assist in preparing and organizing monthly steering team meetings and quarterly business reviews.
  • Manage and maintain ODH compliance.
  • Assist on the floor as needed with cleaning tasks.
  • Process payroll for staff in a timely and compliant manner.
  • Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process, performance reviews, and disciplinary process.
  • All other duties as assigned.

  • Salary between $55,000 - $65,000 dependent on your experience and skills.
