About The Position

Immanuel Communities is seeking an Environmental Services Manager I to work at The Landing, located at 3500 Faulkner Drive, Lincoln, NE 68516. The Landing is a facility with 90 independent living, 34 assisted living, and 14 memory support apartment homes. The role involves managing and maintaining the mechanical operation of all systems on the campus, including preventive maintenance and repair of equipment, coordinating apartment turnover, monitoring and creating budgets, overseeing housekeeping and overall quality control of support services, and project management on the campus.

Requirements

Four (4) years of experience in building maintenance, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC equipment experience is required.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the mechanical operation of all systems on the campus.
Perform preventive maintenance and repair of equipment.
Coordinate apartment turnover.
Monitor and create budgets.
Oversee housekeeping and overall look and quality control of support services.
Manage projects on the campus.
