This role involves evaluating conditions and cleanliness through inspection and quality control measures, and coordinating staff training in the proper use of chemicals, equipment, processes, and safety issues. The position requires the ability to work independently, follow oral and written instructions, and complete written forms. The successful candidate will demonstrate knowledge of growth and development principles and possess skills appropriate to the ages, culture, developmental stages, and special needs of the patient population served.
