About The Position

Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services-Custodial Operations Manager 2 for their client partners at the University of Louisiana Lafayette. This role involves leading a team of custodial professionals during special events and high-profile events, including weddings. The manager will work flexible, occasional nights and weekends, and must have demonstrated experience mentoring a large team, explaining contract goals, and driving results. The position requires proactively understanding environmental service needs and accurately scaling labor for large events.

Requirements

Valid Driver's License with clear background
Experience leading and managing a team and is a leader who develops and motivates a team to exceed the expectations of clients and customers in service
Strong leadership skills to work independently to drive program compliance and reach project target dates of completion
Ability to multi-task and set priorities while being results and safety driven
Strong financial acumen and budget management experience
Excellent proficiency with computers and technology
Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
2 years minimum management experience
2 years minimum functional experience in Housekeeping, Environmental or Custodial Services
