About The Position

Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services Custodial Manager 2 for UF Health North located in Jacksonville, FL. This evening shift position, including some weekends and holidays, is responsible for the oversight of housekeeping at UF Health North, a 216-bed facility. The Manager will report to the Operations Manager and Director of Environmental Services. Sodexo provides a range of services to healthcare facilities, and employees in these roles are crucial for enhancing patient experience and well-being.

Requirements

• Experience leading, training, and managing a team
• Customer service and/or guest satisfaction experience in a healthcare or hospitality setting
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to work independently to drive program
• Ability to monitor compliance and reach project target dates of completion
• Experience effectively managing projects within agreed upon timelines
• Results and safety driven
• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
