About The Position
Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services Custodial Manager 2 for UF Health North in Jacksonville, FL. This role is responsible for the oversight of housekeeping at UF Health North, a 216-bed facility, and will report to the Operations Manager and Director of Environmental Services. This is an evening shift position that includes some weekends and holidays. Sodexo provides a range of services to healthcare facilities, and employees in this role are crucial for enhancing patient experience and well-being.
Requirements
- Experience leading, training, and managing a team
- Customer service and/or guest satisfaction experience in a healthcare or hospitality setting
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently to drive program
- Monitoring compliance and reaching project target dates of completion
- Experience effectively managing projects within agreed-upon timelines
- Results and safety driven
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Driving client and patient satisfaction scores
- Providing a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff, working closely with the Infectious Control department
- Leading teams and departmental projects and initiatives
- Effectively managing the Unit Operating System
- Supporting a diverse and inclusive workforce
