About The Position

Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services (EVS) Manager 1 for SSM Health St. Anthony Hospital in Shawnee, OK. The EVS Manager will oversee second-shift operations, leading environmental services teams that support patient discharges, ancillary departments, and cleaning services for eight off-site clinics. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive operational excellence, maintain high standards of cleanliness and regulatory compliance, and foster a positive team culture. The ideal candidate will be flexible, customer-focused, and experienced in environmental services, housekeeping, or custodial operations within a healthcare or similarly complex environment. Strong leadership, staff development, and operational management skills are essential for success in this role.

Requirements

Experience leading, training and supervising a team
Customer service and/or guest satisfaction in a healthcare or hospitality
Strong leadership skills and has the ability to work independently to drive program
Experience effectively managing projects within agreed upon timelines
Proficiency with computers and other technology
A valid driver's license
Ability to work Monday - Friday, 2nd-shift; with weekend and holiday rotation
High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience

Nice To Haves

Ability to speak Spanish would be helpful in managing this workforce, but is not required

Provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department
