About The Position

Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services Manager 1 for Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. This role involves directing housekeeping operations at a 620-bed hospital, partnering with clients to deliver innovative solutions. The manager will be responsible for driving client satisfaction through excellent customer service and effective communication with hospital staff, impacting both client and patient satisfaction. The focus is on creating a clean, healthy, and comfortable environment for patients, visitors, and staff, working closely with the Infectious Control department.

Requirements

• Experience leading, training, and managing a team
• Customer service and/or guest satisfaction experience in a healthcare or hospitality setting
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to work independently to drive program
• Experience effectively managing projects within agreed upon timelines
• Proficiency with computers and other technology
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience

Nice To Haves

• Ability to speak Spanish would be helpful in managing this workforce
