About The Position

Neighborhood in Rio Rancho is a welcoming senior living community dedicated to providing exceptional service and enriching the lives of residents every day. We are seeking a Environmental Services Coordinator to support the Environmental Services team by coordinating daily operations, managing work orders, responding to resident needs, and helping ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained community.

Requirements

Minimum of one year of experience in building operations, environmental services, housekeeping, maintenance, or a related field.
Strong organizational, customer service, and communication skills.
Knowledge of cleaning practices, environmental services operations, and workplace safety standards.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Nice To Haves

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using computerized work order or maintenance management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily work assignments, schedules, and service requests for the Environmental Services team.
Manage and track work orders, ensuring timely completion and follow-up with residents and team members.
Serve as a primary point of contact for resident inquiries and concerns, delivering exceptional customer service.
Maintain departmental records, scheduling documents, and other administrative reports.
Partner with team members across the community to support operational goals and maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
