About The Position
Sedgebrook is seeking a hospitality-focused Environmental Services Associate to join our team! This position is responsible for performing housekeeping duties in resident apartment homes and throughout the community.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong customer service and hospitality mindset.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English, and communicate effectively with residents.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
Nice To Haves
- Previous housekeeping, environmental services, or janitorial experience (6+ months) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of housekeeping functions, including but not limited to, general cleaning/disinfecting, vacuuming, mopping, spot cleaning, dusting.
- Perform scheduled residential apartment cleanings, including vacant and non-vacant units or model suites.
- Assist with cleaning public areas, offices, and residential building corridors.
- Assist with resident activities setups and breakdowns and any residents request.
