About The Position

Under the supervision of the Environmental Services Management Team, the Environmental Services Associate I is responsible for cleaning and servicing assigned work areas, caring for assigned equipment, and using supplies economically and efficiently. The role performs a variety of custodial duties to maintain sanitary and orderly conditions at multiple Henry Ford Health System locations. The position requires direct interaction with patients and is highly visible, with an emphasis on consistently high customer service and a “Patients First” sensibility.

Requirements

• Must be able to interact directly with patients.
• Must exhibit consistently high customer service and a “Patients First” sensibility.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• Custodial experience preferred.
