About The Position

ChristianaCare is seeking an Environmental Service Assistant I to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our patients, staff, and visitors. Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer service experience
• Ability to communicate clearly and maintain a helpful attitude
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout your shift
• Comfort using smartphones or PDAs for work assignments

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma preferred

Responsibilities

• Keep patient rooms, offices, and common areas clean and sanitary
• Maintain equipment and supply closets in a safe and orderly condition
• Support infection control by properly cleaning precaution rooms
• Respond to service requests via phone and app promptly
• Report maintenance issues and attend training sessions
• Uphold safety standards and confidentiality at all times
