About The Position

TO PERFORM GENERAL DAILY CLEANING OF FLOORS IN NURSING STATIONS, LOUNGES, CORRIDORS AND OTHER ASSIGNED AREAS TO PROVIDE A ENVIRONMENTALLY SAFE AND CLEAN ATMOSPHERE IN ACCORDANCE WITH STANDARD PROCEDURES OF THE HOUSEKEEPING DEPARTMENT.

Requirements

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Housekeeping or related field experience preferred.
• Demonstrates applicable knowledge of supplies/equipment used in EVS.
• Must be able to communicate both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Perform general daily cleaning of floors in nursing stations, lounges, corridors and other assigned areas.
• Provide an environmentally safe and clean atmosphere in accordance with standard procedures of the Housekeeping Department.
• Demonstrate ability to move, transfer, and transport furniture within the facility.
• Efficiently dry and wet mop floors in rooms, offices, and public areas.
