About The Position

Encompass Health is seeking an Environmental Services Aide to maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe hospital environment. The role supports regulatory compliance and quality standards while helping create a healing environment for patients. The aide cleans hospital areas using a range of equipment, maintains tidy workspaces, and follows procedures for hazardous materials and potential exposure situations. The position may require weekday or weekend work and evening or night shifts as needed.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and safety across hospital areas according to established quality standards and regulations.
• Use high dusters, vacuums, mops, floor polishers, and other tools to perform cleaning duties.
• Handle general office equipment and help maintain a tidy work environment.
