About The Position
The Pines of Mount Lebanon is actively building a talent pool of dedicated, detail-oriented Housekeepers for a part-time position. This role involves creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents in an Assisted Living & Memory Care Community. The position offers great day shift hours, with a schedule including a rotation of every other weekend. The ideal candidate is a reliable self-starter with a strong attention to detail and the physical capability to perform the job duties. A standard background check and drug screening are required.
Requirements
- Reliable self-starter with great attention to detail.
- Physical capability to walk, bend, lift (up to 40 lbs), and stay active throughout your shift.
- Dependable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Must be able to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
Responsibilities
- Providing light cleaning, dusting, sanitizing, and fresh linen changes in resident apartments.
- Keeping shared areas, dining rooms, and hallways bright and spotless.
- Practicing proper infection control standards and flagging any maintenance needs.
- Bringing positive energy and friendly smiles to senior residents.
