Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of housekeeping or Environmental Services (EVS) experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety standards.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including rotating weekends and holidays.
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Two professional reference letters from a supervisor within the past two years
• Drug Screen
• TB Test
• Proof of required immunizations and/or titers: Tdap, COVID-19, Influenza (Flu), MMR Vaccination or Titer, Hepatitis B Vaccination or Titer, Varicella Vaccination or Titer

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of patient rooms, public areas, and common spaces following established hospital procedures and infection control standards.
• Complete discharge cleaning of inpatient rooms and prepare rooms efficiently for new patient admissions.
• Set up and reconfigure patient rooms as needed.
• Maintain cleaning equipment to ensure it remains clean, safe, and fully operational.
• Report any equipment malfunctions, damaged furniture, or facility maintenance concerns to the supervisor or manager promptly.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and organizational policies and procedures.
• Support a positive patient and visitor experience through exceptional housekeeping services.
