About The Position

The Environmental Services department is seeking an EVS Aide to provide high-quality cleaning and sanitizing for patients and families. The position works with management and coworkers to clean and maintain all areas of Cook Children’s facilities. The aide must be positive, energetic, flexible, and able to handle multiple tasks and assignments, while overseeing and taking responsibility for assigned areas.

The position is located at the Dodson Medical Office Building in the Dodson Specialty Cln Building department. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., with rotating weekends, for 40 standard weekly hours.

Requirements

• One year of customer service experience.
• Ability to be flexible and handle multiple tasks and assignments.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
