About The Position

FRAME Technical Services is seeking an Environmental Scientist to support Land Stewardship Program activities. This role involves planning, land use plan implementation, real estate records management, borrow pit management, post cleanup surveillance and maintenance, GPS and GIS support, and travel expense reporting. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident
• Four-year degree in a science, engineering, geography, urban planning, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years' experience providing GPS support for field inspections and assessments
• Minimum of 3 years' experience using ESRI ArcGIS software (e.g., ArcGIS Pro) for tasks such as spatial analysis, imagery, georectification, and creating features (e.g., points, lines, and polygons) for maps
• Experience must be consistent with the material being presented
