Environmental Science Teacher Needed: 9th-12th Grade Classrooms
About The Position
Kreyco, formerly Language Learning Network, is a nationwide preK–12 education organization that partners schools with teachers. The role is an on-site high school Environmental Science teaching opportunity for the 2026–2027 school year, serving 9th–12th grade classrooms. Teachers receive a comprehensive curriculum, coaching and mentorship, and professional development at no cost. Kreyco welcomes teachers with or without certification and assists them in obtaining certification while they teach. Weekly payment varies by teaching project, ranging from $400 to $1,100; the payment structure also includes holidays and school breaks. The position is in person and follows a Monday–Friday schedule during daytime teaching hours, with no night or weekend classes. It is a 1099 independent contractor role.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Reside in the United States and within commuting distance of the school.
- Be authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to commute to the school.
- Complete a background check.
Responsibilities
- Teach high school Environmental Science to students in grades 9–12.
- Participate in coaching, mentorship, and professional development.
- Complete certification while teaching if needed, with Kreyco's assistance.
