About The Position

ENVIRONMENTAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE Location: Southwest Region (regional travel required) Grow Environmental Solutions. Build Real Relationships. Make an Impact. EnviroTrac LLC and its affiliated companies are seeking a driven Environmental Sales Representative to support business development efforts across the Southwest Region, (Texas, New Mexico, and future markets). This role is ideal for a relationship-focused sales professional who thrives in a technical services environment and enjoys building long-term client partnerships. For more than 25 years, our companies have delivered trusted environmental consulting, remediation, and regulatory compliance services to energy, industrial, government, and commercial clients nationwide. Our teams are known for technical excellence, responsiveness, and practical, compliant solutions tailored to regional regulatory environments. This position plays a key role in expanding our Southwest footprint by connecting clients with environmental solutions that support operational goals, regulatory compliance, and sustainable growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, negotiate, and close new business.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage a multi-state territory and regional travel schedule.
  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, environmental engineering, geology, business, or a related field preferred, or a minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience within environmental or technical services.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience selling environmental consulting services, remediation services, engineering services, or industrial services strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in environmental consulting, remediation, and regulatory compliance services throughout the Southwest Region.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and industry partners to support repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Actively manage sales pipelines, lead generation, prospecting efforts, and opportunity tracking.
  • Collaborate with technical staff, project managers, and operations teams to develop proposals, scopes of work, and client-specific solutions.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, trade shows, and client meetings within the region.
  • Monitor regional market trends, client needs, and competitive activity.
  • Meet or exceed established sales goals, revenue targets, and business development objectives.
