We’re looking for an Environmental Project Manager who thrives on technical excellence, client partnership, and guiding teams through complex remediation and investigation work. Here, you’ll manage diverse environmental projects—soil and groundwater remediation, multimedia site investigations, Brownfields work, and more—while mentoring the next generation of environmental scientists and engineers in a collaborative, people-first culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, Geology, or related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • 2+ years of project management in remediation and site investigation
  • OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification
  • Strong knowledge of NH regulations, CERCLA, remedial implementation, SAPs/QAPPs, and environmental compliance
  • Experience with multimedia investigations, remedial alternatives evaluations, and remedial action implementation

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree
  • 8+ years of relevant experience preferred
  • P.E. or P.G. licensure strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with Deltek, GIS, and graphics software

Responsibilities

  • Manage diverse environmental projects—soil and groundwater remediation, multimedia site investigations, Brownfields work, and more
  • Mentor the next generation of environmental scientists and engineers
  • Support proposals, define scopes, and build strong client relationships
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and technical deliverables
  • Oversee field investigations and remediation activities
  • Guide project teams
  • Ensure regulatory compliance across CERCLA and state programs
  • Maintain high-quality project documentation
  • Proactively manage scope changes and risks
