The Environmental Project Manager manages environmental consulting projects of low to moderate complexity through all phases of execution, including planning, staffing, technical delivery, client communication, and financial management. This role is responsible for coordinating project resources, developing staff, supporting business development efforts, and ensuring projects meet quality, schedule, budget, and safety expectations. The Environmental Project Manager demonstrates growing leadership, technical competency, and client management skills while demonstrating ECS Core Values. This role also involves completing Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), initiating project setup, scheduling, and execution, performing site reconnaissance, records review, and report preparation independently, communicating project findings and recommendations with Principals and clients, coordinating project closeout activities, and developing and delivering technically sound due diligence reports.
