About The Position

Pinchin is hiring a Project Manager to join our Environmental Due Diligence & Remediation team. This role is for someone who wants to lead projects, advise clients, and make informed environmental decisions matter. Pinchin is a multidisciplinary engineering and consulting firm with offices across North America, specializing in environmental services, compliance, building science and resiliency, occupational health and safety, sustainability, and engineering. This new role reports to the Team Leader.

Requirements

  • Proven track record managing Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs)
  • Bachelor’s degree in science (Environmental or Earth Sciences preferred)
  • 5–7 years of experience in environmental consulting, including at least 2 years in a project management role
  • Experience completing Phase I and II ESAs in support of Records of Site Condition (RSC) filings
  • Strong experience with project financial management, including budgeting, invoicing, and cost tracking
  • Demonstrated involvement in business development activities and direct client engagement
  • Valid driver’s license and insurance required (work‑related travel expenses reimbursed)
  • Excellent communication, technical writing skills, and high attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Managing and providing technical guidance for Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments for transactional due diligence purposes; ensuring they are completed on time and on budget.
  • Assist project staff with the preparation of technical reports and recommendations.
  • Communicate with Clients and understand their project requirements.
  • Prepare proposals.
  • Participate in initiatives with the Marketing department and develop business development skills to build new client relationships and maintain existing ones.
  • Build leadership and mentorship skills by working with and mentoring junior staff.
