About The Position

This is an online Experience & Education (E&E) claim for eligible candidates participating in the Environmental Police Officer C departmental promotional examination scheduled for November 4, 2026. Candidates must have submitted a written application and payment for the examination and must submit the online claim to receive E&E credit. There is no additional fee.

The E&E component evaluates candidates’ employment, supervisory experience, training, and education. It is weighted as follows: Experience 46%, Training 24%, and Education 30%. Candidates must submit supporting documentation for all claims, such as official college transcripts and employment verification forms, by the submission deadline.

Claims may be completed and submitted online through November 11, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Claims cannot be edited online after submission; requests for changes must be sent in writing to [email protected] by the deadline. Candidates may download or print a submitted claim from their account. HRD may audit claims after submission and during the life of the resulting eligible list. After scores are received, candidates have 17 calendar days from the score email to appeal the scoring of their online claim. No new type of credit may be claimed after the submission deadline.
